Relationships provide us with a sense of belonging and support. They help us to feel loved and accepted. They also give us opportunities to learn and grow. When we have strong relationships, we are better able to cope with stress, adversity, and change.

Unfortunately, in today's fast-paced world, it can be difficult to build and maintain strong relationships. Communicate openly and honestly. Talk to your loved ones about your feelings and needs. Be open to hearing their feedback, even if it's not what you want to hear.
